The Murano, Nissan's premium crafted crossover, continues as one of the most distinctively styled vehicles in its class both inside and out. For 2013, Nissan Murano adds advanced Safety Shield technologies, including Moving Object Detection (MOD), Blind Spot Warning (BSW) and Lane Departure Warning (LDW) systems added to LE Platinum Edition and SL Navigation Package.

Other enhancements include the addition of a new SV Value Package with power liftgate, Bose® audio system with 9 speakers plus dual subwoofer, and Nissan Navigation System for SV models. A new Titanium finish is added to the 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels on SV Value Package and SL models, while SV models receive an auto-dimming rearview mirror and HomeLink™ Universal Transceiver. Two new exterior colors, Midnight Garnet and Gun Metallic, are also added.
The 2013 Nissan Murano again offers a standard VQ-series 3.5-liter DOHC V6 rated at 260 horsepower and 240 lb-ft of torque mated to an advanced Xtronic CVT® that provides a sporty and smooth driving experience. Murano is available in front-wheel drive or with an Intuitive All-Wheel Drive system.
The long list of available comfort and convenience features includes a dual panel power moonroof, 7-inch color monitor, RearView Monitor, 8-way power driver's seat with power lumbar support and SiriusXM Satellite Radio (SiriusXM subscription required, sold separately). Standard or available technology includes Nissan Intelligent Key® with Push Button Ignition, Interface System for iPod®, 11-speaker Bose® premium audio system, an advanced touch screen navigation system, and Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System.
The 2013 Nissan Murano is available in eight models: Murano S FWD, Murano S AWD, Murano SV FWD, Murano SV AWD, Murano SL FWD, Murano SL AWD, Murano LE FWD and Murano LE AWD. It goes on sale in the US in October 2012.
